This long experience means that we have gained unique expertise in areas like hot and vacuum vulcanising on a variety of elastomers.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the proximity built-up with our customers and what we have learnt from working together, we have continually pushed back the limits of our products<\/span><\/strong> (size, performance, safety, etc.). This unique know-how very soon crossed the borders of our domestic market to become the showcase for true\u00a0 \u00a0 export success.<\/p>\n

    Thanks to high performance research and development resource<\/span>s<\/span><\/strong> (2D, 3D software, SOLIDWORKS, Creo, etc.) and inspection processes<\/span><\/strong> (test lab, test bed, etc.), Pronal designs products that add plenty of technical value. To manufacture elastomer products, the company uses highly specialised production resources like high temperature vacuum vulcanising. A number of very large autoclaves<\/span><\/strong> are used to produce hot vulcanised products.
