Unlike the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pronal.com\/en\/product\/lifting-bags\/grout-packer-english\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grout Packers<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, these jacks are not inflatable. They have two functions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #242b57;\"><b>solidifying the anchor pile inside each platform leg<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #242b57;\"><b>and improving the platform\u2019s anchoring at sea.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Made from<\/span><span style=\"color: #242b57;\"><b> high resistance rubber coated fabric<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with a snap seal and assembled by hot vulcanisation, our grout seals are designed to take into account:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leg ID\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pile oD\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The grout column to a maximum pressure of 1 bar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A steel insert is vulcanized within the grout seal providing perfect tightness to the leg and eliminating the risk of the grout seal separating from the flange.
