What is a transformer ?\u00a0 <\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

A transformer is used to transform electricity by lowering and\/or regulating the voltage<\/strong>. Indeed, it will receive electricity from the nuclear power plant at 400,000 volts and will then redistribute it. To do this, the transformer will regulate the electricity in order to distribute it at the right voltage. Thus, the transformer will heat up.\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore, it will be immersed in dielectric oil which will act as an insulating. The oil is used to dissipate the heat from the circuit. However, after a while, the oil must be cleaned. Indeed, residues can be integrated in the oil. Thus, the oil must be removed and filtered. This is where our oil storage tank comes in. First, the oil is filtered between the transformer and the pillow tank. Then a second time, when it will be reinjected in the transformer.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”20646″ img_size=”300X400″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

What is an oil storage tank ?<\/h3>\n

Our oil storage tank is the ideal solution for<\/span>\u00a0temporary or permanent storage of<\/span><\/b>\u00a0dielectric oil<\/span><\/b><\/a>. It is made from technical fabrics coated with elastomer, which are particularly suitable for oil storage. These fabrics are also resistant to extreme weather conditions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This oil storage tank ranges from 1 to 300 m3<\/span>. For this project, we provided our client with 2 oil storage tanks\u00a0: one with a 25m3 capacity and an other with a 50m3 capacity. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]In addition of the products, we provided them with:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
