For this mission, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/chantiers-atlantique.com\/en\/\">Chantiers de l\u2019Atlantique<\/a><\/strong>, experts in <a href=\"https:\/\/formations.mer.gouv.fr\/construction-industrie-et-maintenance-navale-130\"><strong>shipbuilding<\/strong><\/a> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pronal.com\/en\/areas\/offshore-en\/\">offshore<\/a><\/strong> construction based in <strong>Saint-Nazaire<\/strong>, designed and assembled the electrical substation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"368\" data-end=\"652\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Subjected to significant mechanical, hydrodynamic, and corrosive stresses, the structure must ensure perfect sealing between the foundation piles and the platform. This technical challenge was successfully met thanks to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pronal.com\/en\/\">Pronal\u2019s<\/a><\/strong> expertise in designing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pronal.com\/en\/who-are-we\/\">tailor-made sealing solutions.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeInLeft&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1405\"><strong>Grout seals ensure the stability of jacket installation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"61\" data-end=\"501\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pronal.com\/en\/produit\/inflatable-pipe-plugs\/subsea-oilgas-en-2\/grout-seals\/\">Pronal Grout seals<\/a> <\/strong>are passive seals designed to create a watertight seal between the jacket\u2019s steel structure and the piles.<br data-start=\"186\" data-end=\"189\" \/>For this platform, <strong>eight grout seals<\/strong> were supplied, <strong>two per leg<\/strong> on each of the jacket\u2019s four legs. Made from <strong>high-strength elastomer<\/strong> and <strong>vulcanized<\/strong>, they are designed to withstand concrete pressure during the grouting process, securing the installation and maintaining optimal performance throughout installation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"555\">These components play an essential role in ensuring :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"557\" data-end=\"692\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"557\" data-end=\"624\">\n<p data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"624\"><strong>Complete sealing<\/strong> between the foundation pile and the structure,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"625\" data-end=\"652\">\n<p data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"652\"><strong>Resistance<\/strong> to <strong>seawater<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"692\" data-is-last-node=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"692\" data-is-last-node=\"\"><strong>Optimal safety<\/strong> for the entire jacket.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeInLeft&#8221;
