The customer has searched <span style=\"color: #00a7e1;\"><strong>a braking solution to brake roller conveyor<\/strong><\/span>.<br \/>\nThe first idea was to use cylinder rods. Unfortunately, the dimensions didn&#8217;t suit, it was too tall. Due to their big size, the cylinder rods couldn&#8217;t be inserted.<br \/>\nMoreover, there was not enough contact area in order to lift the rollers without warping them. Roller lifting would have been possible only with 3 cylinder rods in order to divide the force upon all the length. Finally last constraints with rod cylinder the customer would have to settle a lubricated air network.<\/p>\n<p>The right solution must follow those elements :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #00a7e1;\">be thin,<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #00a7e1;\">no need to maintain regularly the product in order not to stop product line,<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #00a7e1;\">and get a large contact surface to get regular and steady lifting without warping.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8978&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;top-to-bottom&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;right-to-left&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Pronal&#8217;s solution: lifting bag<\/h3>\n<p>Our engineering team has proposed <strong><span style=\"color: #00a7e1;\">2 inflatable bags<\/span><\/strong> that suit all customer&#8217;s constraints. Those 2 lifting bags will be used to slow down each roller.<br \/>\nIn fact, Pronal has provided a dozen of lifting bag with those characteristics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #00a7e1;\"><strong>dimensions 120 x 120 mm<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #00a7e1;\"><strong>pressure : 2 bar &#8211; 29 PSI<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #00a7e1;\"><strong>Stroke : 30 mm<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #00a7e1;\"><strong>fabric: rubber material<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #00a7e1;\"><strong>air supply on edge.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Contrary to the rod cylinder, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pronal.com\/en\/product\/lifting-bags\/square-lifting-bags\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #00a7e1;\"><strong>pneumatic lifting bags<\/strong><\/span><\/a> don&#8217;t need to be check and maintain regularly. as they aren&#8217;t fixed the can be removed easily.<br \/>\nPronal lifting bags are <span style=\"color: #00a7e1;\"><strong>thinner, more compact and provide more strength for braking rollers<\/strong><\/span>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8945&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;top-to-bottom&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8950&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;bottom-to-top&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;left-to-right&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Conclusion<\/h3>\n<p>Thanks to this system to brake roller conveyor, our customer has <span style=\"color: #00a7e1;\"><strong>improved his production line&#8217;s efficiency<\/strong><\/span>.
