High-flow diesel motor-driven pump

The Pronal high-flow diesel motor-driven pump is an autonomous solution designed for the rapid transfer of fuels, particularly diesel, on fixed or mobile sites. Thanks to its self-priming pump and integrated diesel engine, this motor-driven pump ensures reliable, efficient, and easy-to-deploy pumping operations, even in demanding environments.

Mounted on an optimized frame, it offers a high level of operating autonomy and can be configured according to the needs of each project: enclosed frame, trailer with wheels, forklift pockets, distribution equipment, or control instrumentation. The GMP 130 model provides a flow rate of up to 130 m³/h, with a maximum head of 2.8 bar and a maximum suction lift of 6 m.

This motor-driven pump is particularly suited to fuel transfer operations in the fuel, energy, industrial, defense, aviation, and temporary storage sectors.

Composition / Advice

Operating precautions :
During initial commissioning, fill the pump through the priming hatch provided for this purpose. This operation activates the self-priming function of the pump and ensures start-up under proper conditions.
Maintenance tips :
The integrated inspection hatch provides access to the pump in order to check the condition of the impeller. It also makes pump cleaning easier when necessary.
Filling tips :
Before the first start-up, the pump must be filled through the priming hatch. This step is necessary to enable self-priming and ensure the motor-driven pump is properly put into operation.

Standards / regulations

Standards and regulations :
The motor-driven pump complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the national legislation transposing it, relating to safety devices for mechanical and electrical risks applicable to rotating machinery.
